Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.

BTW, high speed internet so you won't miss favorite streaming TV.
