Comfortable upstairs apartment with street parking, kitchen, bathroom, and AC. Walking distance from some of San Diego's best bars, breweries, and restaurants and a short drive to Balboa Park, the Zoo, Gaslamp district, and the beach. The property was recently painted and the new colors aren't reflected in my Airbnb photos, yet. Keep it simple at our peaceful and centrally-located studio. We created our private detached studio with tranquility and comfort in mind. It's minimalistic with cleanliness as our utmost priority. You have your own private entrance & space so you can relax in peace. It it is a spacious studio with a queen bed, Smart TV and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. It also has a little working area with a desk and a recently redone bathroom with a walk-in shower.
