Spent your holiday on the beach in this gem of a house. You will be sleeping with the sound of the waves, admire the scenery of the sea and the nearby island of Telendos from the large balcony overlooking the beach of Melitsahas. Fill up your phone with photos of the sun going down, you will be first row for this beautiful show every evening. The beach is only a few steps down from the house. There is a veranda with sun beds. For shade there is a big palmtree on the other side of the house

A modern, unique brand new house with a magnificent view of the Aegean. In one of the most picturesque and beautiful areas of Kalymnos, famous for its many climbing routes. Just 25 minutes from the port of Kalymnos, 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the area called Masouri which is the main touristic area of the island. Enjoy the sea that is within breathing distance from the house. With a small downhill path that starts from the house, you can be at the beach in a minute.

Σχεδιασμένη με σχολαστική προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ώστε να παρέχει ευκολία, άνεση και την ίδια στιγμή, ηρεμία και διακριτική πολυτέλεια. Η σουίτα μας έχει συνολική μέγεθος 70 τμ. και περιλαμβάνει μικρή ιδιωτική πισίνα στη βεράντα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά και έχει υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και στον κόλπο των Αργινοντών.
