There is a dedicated work area/desk, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and untensils. THERE IS NO COOKTOP OR COOKING ALLOWED IN THE SUITE. Parking is provided.

Malls and beaches are less than 25 mins away also a variety of casinos and restaurants less than 20 mins away also please make sure your door has the number two next to it, blessings. There is a exterior camera looking to the front door of the studio and another camera in the parking area, recording 24/7.
