Cuenta con dos habitaciones privadas cada una con baño completo, además de un espacio de sala y cocina. Cuenta también con refrigerador, vajilla y lavaplatos. Tenemos la playa frente a la urbanizacion y dentro de la misma cuenta con piscina, cancha de tenis, de futbol, ecuavoley, y fut tenis.
