Welcome to your next amazing stay! It's central location and close proximity to I-485, I-74 and Monroe Expy(Toll road) makes it perfect for vacationers & business travellers alike. Just 20 minutes to Downtown Charlotte and close proximity to great shopping and entertainment. Nearby there are ice and roller skating rinks, an escape room, trampoline park, bowling, rock climbing, a movie theater, Lake park, and whiting a half hour drive an amusement park Carowinds!

3 Bedroom Cottage with feel of being in nature.

Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Single Level Ranch

The kitchen extends into the family room. Extend living to the outdoors onto the large deck for entertaining or just relaxing in the hot tub. The primary is spacious w/ an updated en'suite. Getting around is a breeze as I485 access is just 1 1/2 miles away. Uptown Charlotte is w/in 14 miles and 5 miles away you can be in either Center of Matthews or Mint Hill!
