The Waynesboro City Park, Waynesboro Pond Park and the Burke County Museum are all within walking distance and downtown shops & restaurants are just minutes away. Augusta, home of the Masters, is only 30 miles away and Historic Savannah is less than 100 miles away.

This home is lovingly named “The Little House” because it sits on the same property as our larger Barndominium home (The Big House). Less than 2 hours from Savannah. A walk-in cooler is available for game. A stocked pond is located on the property as well as other outdoor amenities. Bring your fishing poles!

Experience evenings by a fire making s'mores and enjoy your morning coffee on the enormous back patio overlooking the serene water. Freeman Farm is a 300-acre weekend retreat located between a half mile stretch of the Ogeechee River and Pondgeechee Pond, a 32-acre lake. The newly renovated "Love Shack" while rustic still has the comforts of home; with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of places to sit and relax, lots of outdoor space to roam, soft beds, and we even have wifi.

Our 2 BD cabin has all the comforts of home in a beautiful setting complete with three cable tv's, wi-fi, kitchen, private bathroom, and a living space. Enjoy fishing, swimming, paddle boats/kayaks (available to rent for a small fee), and recreation on site, or explore Savannah and Statesboro or other nearby towns. Our proximity to i-16 makes it convenient to get anywhere you want to be.
