Gite pour 2-4 personnes avec grand, joli jardin et piscine en été pour se détendre. Très bien située pour découvrir la region et parc naturel: les randonnées, vélo sur la Voie Verte, canoë, cheval, baignade, canyoning, les vignobles (Faugeres, St Chinian) ou simplement apprecie le calme chez nous a côté de la piscine. La ville thermale de Lamalou les bains, ses spas et magasins sont a 10 minutes. Restaurants excellents et locales que nous pouvons recommander. Curistes bienvenus.

The temperatures are falling, the heatwave is over. Hooray! At night the cooling breeze from the Gironde Estuary visits us and makes for a good nights sleep. But September is the best month for autumn sun and fun. Returning guests pay discounted prices. Bedroom 1 has "a grand largeur" bed, 2 single beds side by side. Bedroom 2 has a 140 cm wide double bed. The wood-fired bbq area is also for guests use. À welcoming bottle of our wine is given.

It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen. Living room with open fireplace. Outside there is a private garden with lots of garden furniture for alfresco dining. Pérard is 6 Kms from the pretty medieval village of Caylus and only 15 kms from Saint Antonin Noble Val.

In 2014 we built this modern apartment in the west wing of an old chateau/fortified farm. It is a comfortable, spacious, ground floor apartment for 4 persons and it is wheelchair accessible. From the terrace you have fantastic views on Tournon d'Agenais - 3.5km away - and to the church of Thézac - 1km away. Thick walls keep the house cool even in the middle of summer, good sleeping guaranteed.
