No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Quercus: Appartamento con terrazza

"Quercus" è una costruzione risalente al XIX secolo, situata nel centro storico di Alberobello, all'interno della magnifica cornice dei trulli (tipiche costruzioni locali patrimonio UNESCO). L'appartamento è composto da due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno privato e indipendente, un angolo cottura. Una delle due camere è dotata di un terrazza da cui ammirare i trulli del "rione monti" e "aia piccola". Quercus vi farà assaporare l'atmosfera e i sapori di una terra unica nel suo genere.

La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.
