When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool and/or the hot tub. Inside, you'll find 2 living areas, a ping pong and foosball table, board games and books, and plenty of seating.

We are at the center of fun activities if that is your desire, or simply enjoy the peaceful private backyard complete with outdoor dining, gas grill and calming water fountain. Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the unit. Pool is open mid-May to mid-October.

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Our cabins have heat, A/C, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, WiFi, and parking for 1 passenger vehicle. Bedding and pillows are not provided. Pet-friendly - Your pets (up to 2) are welcome to join you for a small fee.
