Mon appartement est situé dans un immeuble ancien typiquement parisien dans un quartier animé et familial de Paris, à 50 mètres du cimetière du Père Lachaise, dans une rue calme proche de la place Gambetta. Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.

Grand duplex dans une voie privée à Ménilmontant

L'appartement est situé au fond d'une voie privée arborée et très calme. Il est sous les toits en duplex au 3 étage, sans ascenseur. Il avait été agencé par un couple d'architectes pour en faire leur foyer; il est à la fois fonctionnel, chaleureux et très lumineux. Pas de télévision mais un piano ... et beaucoup de partitions; pour piano bien sûr mais aussi pour choeur et ténor.
