Nestled in the heart of NODA, 2-story custom guesthouse built into a 300 year old tree we affectionately call Groot. Huge primary bedroom with cozy king bed. Industrial, modern ducting, kitchen, bathroom and laundry room.

Urban Oasis near South End - upstairs unit

In addition to the primary apartment, there is a large porch with doors from both the living area and the kitchen. The shower has modern exposed piping. We will provide miniature shampoos and soaps (just like a hotel would!). There is a second smart TV in the bedroom. Free parking for two vehicles in the dedicated parking. The kitchen is full size kitchen with all appliances and a separate laundry room. Coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle, creamer, and sugar.
