It is very private and quite, but has nearby amenities like restaurants, shopping and fun recreation. great views. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the proximity to Charlotte and the wonderful wide lake view. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Be our guest at this Frank Lloyd Wright inspired concrete and glass house. We call it the "bridge" house (it's constructed like a bridge). The interior decor is industrial chic, like a New York City Loft. There are amazing views of the lake from the master bedroom, patio and just about everywhere else. Large dock, bring your boat, there is space to park your boat trailer. Swim, fish, kayak, make smore's in the fire-pit.

The Lakefront Cottage is beautiful and brand new (built in 2019)! The cottage has three bedrooms (master on main, two upstairs, with an upstairs bonus room that can be used as a forth bedroom).
