(Extra Cleaning Fee of $100 when office converts to bedroom.) Located lakefront just 1 mile from Chautauqua Institution, the home has a dock & a boat slip just steps from the porch. This charming smoke and pet free two bedroom heat and a/c cottage is a short walk to the lake with small boat and swimming access. A minimum 2 night stay will sleep a maximum of 5 and provides enough room to relax if weather is inclement. Spacious yard with amenities for an evening campfire, and gas grill for those picnic meals. Bring food, personal needs, and clothes and you're ready to stay. The area is packed with fun sights, restaurants and activities. We do not provide a dock or dockage.
