Treetops Tree House Eco Cabin Wildwoodz

Treetop off grid eco cabin on the Black Isle, large french doors look out through the Scottish woodland, the cabin sleeps two in a very comfortable double bed, and has a large covered viewing deck. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas camping stove, pizza oven and table/ chairs. Being off grid there is no mains electric, lighting is provided through a mix of solar and battery lights. No running water, bottled water for drinking and washing is provided The cabin has a Woodburning stove.

For the outdoor enthusiasts there is hill-walking, rock climbing, fishing, mountain biking etc. with golf, whisky tasting, fabulous scenery, beautiful beaches and plenty of wildlife for those wanting a more leisurely pace, all within easy reach.

Originally built around 1911 and bought in 1986, we have sympathetically renovated our home. PLEASE NOTE The stairs are the original and although we think they retain the character, they may prove challenging to anyone with mobility issues. Situated on the NC500, Highland countryside with picturesque walks and scenic views, Fairburn Estate which offers local fishing (permit required), Muir of ord golf club - 10 Minute drive, Central to hill walking, Rogie Falls and Inverness - 30 minute drive.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. With boundless bird life including Osprey, the gardens make an ideal spot for birdwatching. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.
