Kawakawa Hut

A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

Located 15mins drive north of Taupo. River Rd runs along the Waikato River. Our holiday home is in a unique location with direct river access & is a perfect spot for groups of families & friends to gather. We have fantastic outdoor living & garden. With a boat ramp on the street, it's perfect for boating, trout fishing or any water activities such as water skiing. If you are looking to enjoy a getaway that is in a beautiful, peaceful location by the river, then you will love it. No Parties

Soothing Riverside Cabin, Taumarunui

No cleaning fee, minimum 2 night stay. Cabin is a bedroom only, toilet, shower and kitchen located separately a few metres away. You are on the tip of a peninsula in the Whanganui River. Lie in bed and watch the fish rise in the morning, sit around the fire in the evening enjoying the peace and quiet after a swim. Mountains are 40 mins away, kayaking tours 10 mins away and Taumarunui is 12km. Please don't bring water, free, safe water is provided. Limiting plastic is much appreciated.

Relax with the family or have a couples retreat at this beautiful place to stay. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Lake Taupo and Mount Ruapahu. Whether you have been up the mountain and want a hot soak in the spa, or in summer swimming down at our beautiful Te Hapua bay. Few friendly farm animals amongst the orchard and a private home gym. Guest house neighbouring the main house with plenty of privacy. Plenty to see and do just 50 minutes to the ski field and 30 minutes to Turangi.

Converted woolshed, set on a small farm of 25 hectares. We have cows and horses. We are 15 min from Taupo town. The Woolshed is separate from our home, giving you privacy during your stay. From the deck area/French doors all you will see is farmland! We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!
