Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Välkomna upp till sjätte våningen, och varmt välkomna in till ett kvadratsmart hem med en helt unik design och gemensam takterass. I Göteborg är Tredje Långgatan känd för sitt levande kultur-, butiks-, bar-, och restaurangliv. Här har du även närhet till naturen i Slottsskogen och Botaniska Trädgården. Med spårvagn så tar det ca 10 min till city och ca 20 min till Lindholmen Science Park. Om man vill åka på en skärgårdstur med båt så utgår dessa ifrån Stenpiren, 5 min bort. Välkomna!

Välkommen till denna fantastiska lägenhet i mysiga Kungssten i Göteborg. Ljus, renoverad och rymlig lägenheten med ett vardagsrum, sovrum, badrum, kök och en härlig uteplats. Rymmer upp till 4 personer. Lägenheten erbjuder en dubbelsäng, bäddsoffa, ett fullt utrustat kök, garderob, tvättmaskin, sällskapsspel, böcker, en Apple-tv och mycket mer. Inom gångavstånd finns restauranger, matbutik, och konditorier. 250 m bort finns buss/spårvagn som tar dig till Göteborg City på 15 min.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.
