Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Newly remodeled upstairs studio apartment in a 4-plex, this unit has a queen size bed, and queen size air mattress, with a separate entrance. Close to many restaurants, Breweries, local shops and bars with live music venues. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub (unless mobility is an issue) with rainfall showerhead.
