This is Side A of the waterfront duplex, it features an oversized living room with an 85" TV, plenty of board games, and a high-top bar & dining table for gathering. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, tables , dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are available for fun on the river. Just 30 minutes from Lambeau Field with local limo services for game day.

Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. At The Fernweh House, you'll discover a serene riverside retreat with modern Scandinavian design. As you enter, the open great room concept combines your living, dining, and kitchen areas under a soaring 26-foot ceiling, emphasized by massive floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows flood the space with natural light, blurring the line between indoors and lush outdoors. Sleek, minimalist decor complements the surroundings, creating an ideal environment for you to unwind and connect with nature.

Winding River Cottages-The River House

The River House is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. In addition to The River House, there are two other cottages also on the property. The house is located directly on the Menominee River, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and natural fireplace in an open concept space that is filled with natural light from a multitude of windows. The Noquebay Hideaway

Enjoy this beautiful home located on the northwest shore of Lake Noquebay! Take advantage of the 2,500 acre full recreation lake and experience your own paradise with a private pier to park your boat / rent our pontoon, swim and fish from! Paddle boat and kayaks included as well! Waterfalls, golf, restaurants, and trails provide endless adventure! There are 300+ miles of UTV/ATV/Snowmobile trails in the county! The Nut House

Welcome to The Nut House! From the rustic hardwood floors to the log staircases, beams, knotty pine ceilings, and antique clawfoot tub, you will feel a sense of northwoods charm the minute you step in the front door of our quaint two bedroom log cabin. Located on a quiet (ATV-legal) town road, and nestled on a seven-acre wooded lot, wildlife abound. Open concept living area with ample seating, dining room, and kitchen island seating provide plenty of space. Just 40 minutes to Lambeau!

Downtown Menominee House just steps from Marina

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.
