Due to the very central location of the apartment it is very easy to get around and all the places of interest are very close. Public transport is just a stone's throw away and takes you everywhere you want to go. City Centre is in reach within a 10-15 min walk and with public transport you get there even quicker. The longest shopping street, Mariahilfer Strasse, is right up the road and the famous Vienna State Opera just a 10 min drive with the subway away. To get a little bit away from the city life and into the green, the famous Schloss Schoenbrunn and Prater are easy to reach with the Public Transport close to the apartment.

Here you stay only 2 Subway Stations away from the city-heart, where you can visit Vienna’s popular landmarks like the Opera House, St. Stephens Cathedral, the City Hall or the famous shopping mall “Kärntnerstraße” easy by foot. The “Wiener Naschmarkt” is within walking distance. It takes only a few minutes to reach Schönbrunn Castle with the Sub.

New apartment within a refurbished 19th-century building close to Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Strasse. Metro station U4 Pilgramgasse is few minutes walk. The historical center with Vienna's main Museums, State Opera, Heldenplatz, Burggarten and Museumsquartier are just 2 metro stations away and within walking distance. Guests staying at the apartment can enjoy Vienna's bustling Naschmarkt, shopping at Mariahilferstrasse and some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

Close to Vienna's famous gourmet hotspot, the Naschmarkt, enjoy the tranquil ambience of the delightful Viennese City apartment. In the heart of the fifth district, the apartment is centrally located in the middle of the Siebenbrunnenviertel. The location is perfectly accessible by subway (Pilgramgasse), is not far from the main train station in Vienna and is only three stops from Stephansplatz. Small cafes and restaurants are just around the corner on Siebenbrunnenplatz.

Wir vermieten ein charmantes Altbau-Apartment im Herzen von Wien. Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt. Die 45m2 bestehen aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum, einer kleinen Küche mit Essbereich, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten Toilette.

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

Entdecke Wien im Biedermeier: in der ehemaligen Vorstadt Margareten, habe ich dieses Apartment mit liebevoll ausgewählten historischen und modernen Einrichtungsstücken, stilistisch an die Zeit des Wiener Kongresses angelehnt, gestaltet. Im Badezimmer mit Wanne entspannt es sich nach einem Stadtpaziergang besonders gut. Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.
