This private and off grid hideaway is a perfect spot to relax and recharge, write, create or have your own retreat! With beautiful views and native birdsong, the cabin sits on a hillside within a shared farm. It has Wifi, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and a two ring gas cooker. Private compost toilet. Outdoor bath/shower shared with one other (See Guest Access).

The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road. 'The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets, sea views and birdlife in the surrounding forest.

A great base for trips to the Abel Tasman, Golden Bay and Nelson Lakes. We are just around the corner from where loads of awesome Nelson bike paths intersect.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.
