Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

L'Agave è una casa di fine Ottocento situata in una delle più panoramiche e comode zone dell'isola di Salina, nelle isole Eolie. La proprietaria, scenografa del teatro e cinema italiano, ha curato l'arredo con amore ed eleganza e nel rispetto dello stile dell'isola. In 2 minuti si raggiunge una delle spiagge più suggestive, la spiaggia di Scario, che per la vicinanza, sembra la spiaggia privata della casa. L'appartamento "Attico sul mare" si trova di fronte la baia di Canneto dista 50 mt dal mare e circa 100 mt dal molo da dove partono le imbarcazioni per le escursione nelle altre isole, fermata del bus a 20 mt. La casa gode di un terrazzo veranda con una vista mare mozzafiato. Dispone di 1 camera matrimoniale,1 bagno, cucina dotata di tutti i comfort (TV satellitare W-FI lavastoviglie macchina caffè divano letto matrimoniale)attigua alla terrazza attrezzata con tavolo sedie divanetto e sdraio.

L'appartamento è situato al secondo piano di un complesso fronte mare sulla spiaggia di Canneto nell'Isola di Lipari raggiungibile attraversando la strada! Inoltre, l'alloggio dispone di un bellissimo terrazzo privato a ridosso della spiaggia che a detta dei nostri clienti, é l'attrazione più richiesta nonché più gradita nelle nostre recensioni. Al piano terreno della stessa struttura, la comodità di un supermercato con frutta fresca e macelleria. A 15 metri la fermata del bus per il centro.

Ericùssa- On the beach with sea view and wifi

Ericùssa has two independent rooms with two terraces overlooking the sea and Salina. The bedroom has two beds that can be joined together in a large double bed. Attached full bathroom with shower. From the room you go out onto a covered terrace with deckchairs and sea view, from here you access the second terrace with dining area and service area with washing machine. From this you enter the living room with full kitchen, sofa and TV. The rooms have air conditioning. The beach is 20 m away.

Bellissima casa indipendente completamente a picco sul mare. La peculiarità è la terrazza che offre una vista stupenda sul mare infinito e tutte le Isole Eolie. Si ha sensazione di essere in una nave. Situata nel cuore del villaggio a pochi minuti dalla scogliera balneare. Composta da due camere con l'accesso individuale e con balcone vista il vulcano. Ideale per due copie di amici, famiglie o due persone con la propria camera privata. Il bagno si trova sulla terrazza ed è a uso esclusivo.

La Residenza, affacciata sulla splendida Baia di Canneto, nell'Isola di Lipari, è una antica dimora signorile recentemente ristrutturata, che gode di  una delle più belle viste delle isole Eolie. La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 80 scalini).   Il fiore all'occhiello della residenza è rappresentato dalle terrazze private, suddivise su due livelli, che si affacciano sulla spiaggia sottostante e Canneto.

Dal patio si gode di una vista incantevole su Stromboli e Panarea, a pochi passi dal mare e dai servizi essenziali, ristoranti, negozi tipici. A 10 minuti di passeggiata dal porto. Alle spalle del corso principale (isola pedonale). Sono presenti videocamere di sorveglianza esterne.
