The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. It reflects all the love and care I put into it. Is definitely a place that stimulates your senses and puts you on the right mood to discover such an amazing city.

Bright and cozy loft in the heart of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. With 40 m², high ceilings, and exposed wooden beams, it has a warm, character-filled atmosphere. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa, comfortable bed, and a compact bathroom once used during photo sessions.
