This is our home office that we have converted into a studio apt. It is one block off of downtown and an easy walk to a coffee shop, pizza restaurant, and antique shop. Since it was an office we have a full desk with computer and printer if you need it. Sorry but absolutely no pets.
Located at Center For Lost Arts, this tiny home was created by architectural home builder & furniture craftsman, Paul J. Frank. Consisting of over ten types of wood, the design gives the tiny house a feel of a larger home while maintaining a cozy feel & simplicity. This home serves as a model home for potential buyers & beginning August 1st will have a long-term resident.
The bedroom is simply furnished with space in closets & drawers. There is one twin daybed with another twin bed that rolls out from underneath should you need it. I also have a twin and a full-sized air mattress that can be placed on the floor within the room. You'll have your own bathroom & towels (unless additional guests are in the house), with tiny toiletries should you need them. You would share the common areas (living room, kitchen, yard, & laundry area) with me and a tenant.
