The highlight of the stay is that the apartment is near well-known places like Zell am See and Salzburg, famous for skiing or one can drive to the famous waterfalls of Krimml or Großglocknerstrasse. Sports like rafting, mountain biking, and hiking can be done in this area. There are 3 sunny and airy bedrooms on the first floor that boast a dazzling view of the nearby mountains and meadows. The first floor also has a living area equipped with comfortable sofas, TV and free wifi. The open modular kitchen and a dining area is perfect to have a meal together. A spacious stube is located on the ground floor, where one can and potentially other guests can dine. The restaurants and public transports are just at a distance of 200 m from the apartment. "Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.
