Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. This is a place your family will enjoy! We do not have a boat to rent, but The Landing on Madison Lake does do pontoon rentals.
