Ground Floor with Private Terrace and Garden.

The house is mix between modern furniture and 80s decoration in the living room. Maamoura area is the only gated community in Alexandria itself on the beach , adjacent to Montaza palace with lots of small grocery stores and restaurants and cafes . Very calm and enjoyable during winter time and very busy during summer season. The terrace and garden aren't very well maintained currently , but they are available for sitting outside.

The beach is less than 5 minutes away by foot and can be seen from the larger balcony. A small pool can be used a block away for a small additional fee.
