Welcome to F-Town Central! 32 steps to the Park, 156 steps to BestSlope Coffee, 297 steps to Copper Club Brewery (yes, I counted them). What more is there to say? It's a clean, cute, updated 2-bedroom in the heart of Fruita. The home uses Evaporative Cooling during the summer. Kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances (fridge plays Pandora!). Large, shaded backyard comes standard with a BBQ grill and firepit for those evening chill sessions. Shed can be used for safe bike storage too!

Come enjoy the quiet farm life with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!!

Hit The Hay Farm Bunkhouse

This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
