The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Only yards from the tram stop to whiz you into Blackpool,Cleveleys or Fleetwood and at the very beginning of the famous illuminations. Enjoy breezy cliff-top walks or take the kids to the play area next to the tram stop. Sainsbury's supermarket is only 200 yards, NO DOGS ALLOWED

Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. Just a short distance to the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cinema and world famous Royal Lytham St Annes golf course. Sleeping up to three, plus a baby in the travel cot, the accommodation comprises of a Lounge, separate dining room (with sofa bed for additional guest), kitchen and utility room and a double bedroom. Your pet is welcome, but we ask they don't join you on the bed or sofas.

Russell’s Roost is a very comfortable two bedroom flat, situated on a quiet street in the heart of Saint Annes . A 10 minute walk takes you to Saint Annes Square, which boasts great shops, pubs and restaurants. From the square you will see Saint Annes pier, the focal point of our fantastic beach area . There is a train station in Saint Annes Square where you can get the train to either Blackpool or lytham in the opposite direction . Alternatively, there are lots of buses to take.
