Apartman se nalazi oko 50 metara od kožinskog mora koje je u samom vrhu po čistoći. Apartman ima svoju terasu,a na raspolaganju je krovna terasa na vrhu kuće s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Prekrasno je na njoj popiti i jutarnju kavu, kao i sunčati se na ležaljki. U sklopu kuće na dostupnosti je i grill s kojim se gosti slobodno mogu služiti. Mjesto je jako mirno i savršeno za jutarnje uživanje uz kavu,a i za ugodno spavanje i totalni odmor. Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Stara kamena kuća smještena je u starom dijelu malenog mjesta Luka na prekrasnom Dugom otoku.Kao što samo ime "VALLIS" znači uvala, kuća je smještena u mirnom i prekrasnom mjestu. Idealna je za obitelji koje žele provesti odmor uživajući u miru, čistom moru,mediteranskoj hrani i ljubaznim mještanima.,a udaljena je samo 50m od mora. U blizini se nalazi poznata pješčana plaža Sakarun, a i Park prirode Telašćica.

Ako se želite rashladiti u čistom moru parka prirode Telašćica, najbliža osamljena plaža je udaljena 2-3 minute od kuće. Kuća je opremljena malom kuhinjom i vanjskim grillom.

The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.
