Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Our beautiful 2 bedroom guesthouse is located in a lovely rural setting , Queensberry . Just a short easy 15 min drive to Wanaka , 35 mins to ski fields , 35 mins to Cromwell , 1 hr to Queenstown Surrounded by stunning mountain and rural views . So quiet and peaceful We have Sheep , and a lovely friendly cat, Boo . He is orange and 15 years old , loves people and may come and visit you Please note, fencing is sheep fencing only so children will need to be supervised when outside - thanks

Room With A View

Enjoy peace and privacy in a unique self-contained space with panoramic views of the Clutha River and surrounding mountains. As there is no wifi available its a great place to disconnect. Situated at Queensberry Hills we are a 20 minute drive from Cromwell and Wanaka and 60 minutes from the Queenstown airport. There are numerous vineyards in the area to enjoy a glass of local wine. If you enjoy walking there are a couple of tracks close by where you can enjoy the river or a good hill walk

Wanaka Mountain Range Studio

Stylishly built studio space – away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only 7 minutes drive to downtown Wanaka. This stay has private access away from the main house. With undercover parking, a deck area, outdoor seating and mountain views towards Mount Gold and Mount Maude, this studio is a cosy, well-equipped space from which to base your Wanaka adventures or simply relax. Comfortable queen bed, TV, Kitchenette, heat pump and air-conditioning, with tea coffee and milk provided.

Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Northlake Retreat ( seperate studio unit )

Set on 1 acre with spectacular mountain views and all day sun in a quiet easy access oasis. This purpose built studio bedroom with ensuite is separate from our home. Large private outdoor courtyard, linen & towels. Wifi supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, jug, fridge and desk. It's stylishly furnished and immaculately presented. 3.2km from lake & town centre. Ski storage & boot dryer. Near to Sticky Forest bike park, hiking at lake 10m walk to outlet of the Clutha River.

This quaint studio, is located a short drive from the centre of Wanaka - approximately 5kms. Avoid the busyness of town, and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is private, offering beautiful views of the mountains, local farms and gardens.
