Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. Easy day trips to Cockle Creek, the Tahune, Hobart, Bruny Island and Hartz Mountain National Park, Idyllic beaches, bushwalking, plentiful local produce and weekend Markets. Or kick back in front of our fire, while playing cards, board games or just reading from our library of books.
