Amaryllis is a brand new large apartment following the tradition of the Eptanesian architecture. It is located in the most tourist area of the island. At a short distance there are some of the most well-known beaches such as AI HELIS beach and AVITHOS (1,5klm), MAKRYS GIALOS (6klm) and 9klm away from the capital of the island, ARGOSTOLI. We need to mention that airport is only 3klm away.

The Sun & The Moon Luxury Maisonette

The house itself is exceptionally finished in neutral tones throughout with high end furniture and is designed around 2 levels. The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

The Villa is located in a quiet area of Agia Efimia, just 200 meters from the sea and the village center. A luxurious private space with a pool/spa, outdoor shower, two outdoor lounges, a barbeque area and dining table. The interior is an open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bathroom with a spacious shower area. Free Wifi, bluetooth speaker, TV, wood stove, and free city bicycles are only some of the amenities you'll find.

The ground floor house "AQUAMARINE" can host up to 4 guests and an infant. The main feature of this property is the stunning view of the horizon and the sea from every corner of the house. The aesthetic of a beautifully designed house boasts a panoramic sea and coastal view from every room. The living space is comprised of one grand spacious room. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern appliances. There are two en suite bedrooms with comfortable king size beds.

The Villa is only 700 hundred meters from the beach, with spectacular views of Lourdas Bay and Greater Ionian Sea. This Villa features everything needed for a peaceful re-energizing Holiday. The Villa has two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms with a powder room on the main floor. It features a full equipped kitchen and living room with views of its private pool.

The house is located in Simotata village viewing the stunning bay of Lourdas. Its a great place, ideal for a short visit or a long period, that we are sure will leave you great memories. It's a wonderful, relaxing house with private garden and parking place, builted in an amphitheatrical position between the mountain Aenos and the Ionian Sea.

Claire villa

A wonderful, brand new villa, with a private pool, right in front of the beach, for sea lovers! It is a two-storey, three-bedroom villa, with wonderful mountain and sea views, and is within walking distance of the port of Sami, with its various choices of restaurants and cafes.
