This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. Stay in an inviting open floor plan with private Single, Queen and King size bedrooms! The home has a fully stocked kitchen, books, a large backyard and a fire pit area to enjoy with your friends and family. You'll be 15 minutes from Boulder, 20 minutes from Denver and 1 hour from Eldora Ski area! Each room also has a TV with Amazon fire sticks. It is a pet friendly home but I have HEPA air filters upon your request. I grow a garden from May - September! Broomfield License #2022-10

The Boulder Train Stop is a modern farmhouse (built in 2020) on nearly an acre! Rustic country getaway just minutes to Boulder, Louisville and Old Town Lafayette! Located adjacent to open space where you will find biking, hiking and walking trails. Roast marshmallows over a fire, play horseshoes, Yardzee and other outdoor games. Perfect for small family gatherings…can sleep up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts (and a comfy couch).

Aggie House - Historical Cottage

This charming historic 100+ year old miner's cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse chic. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.
