The Haven site has a swimming pool, showbar, shop, fish'n'chips, play park, golf course, archery, kids club, plus loads more (Haven facilities open March-Oct only).

6 bed Edinburgh chalet only minutes from beach

Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Free wifi within the resort.

Planners House is a detached house on the harbour

Planners House is a historic detached house built in 1750, situated right on the harbour front at St Monans with wonderful sea views. Colourful and quirky, the house sleeps six in 3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, one with a copper bath. Luxuriously appointed, the house has every comfort and direct access to the Fife Coastal path and minutes from St Monans tidal pool. Excellent restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Dog friendly with no charge for dogs. Luxury hamper and personal management.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pool house with breath taking views of the Forth Valley. 10 min walk to Polmont train station with train ride to Edinburgh or Glasgow in under 30 mins Accommodation is bright , airy and immaculate offering a real home from home feel. Everything you need is here with openplan lounge sitting area, work space, small food prep area, a cosy bed and ensuite with double shower. There is also a large seating area and a heated pool (seasonal)

Relax in our Family Retreat at Seton Sands Holiday Park, a short distance from Edinburgh (Lothian bus No. 26 just a short walk away will take you straight to Princess Street) There are also ample amenities on site as well as a beach across the road to keep you and any kids entertained. Our beautiful, light, bright flat has recently been renovated to a high standard and will provide you with a comfortable and relaxing base for your trip to Edinburgh. It takes less than 8 minutes to walk to the flat from Haymarket Train Station and Tram Stop; the tram will take you to and from the airport, and into town if your legs are too tired for the 15-20 minute walk! There are also lots of buses available close by.
