I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, and large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The patio has a grill, a large fire pit, and a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking.

Want to feel like a kid again? Compete with up to 3 people on our arcade game. The home is only a few minutes from downtown Logan and a 10 minute drive from Logan Canyon. If you are looking for a place with a country feel, the neighbors chickens and other animals will make the stay more rural, but they can be noisy at times.

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. you will love how quiet it is. In the winter enjoy a warm fire inside. In the summer enjoy the fire pit outside. Spacious bedroom shared laundry room. Plenty of parking adequate kitchen, but definitely not going to be fixing any five star meals. There is always a beautiful sunset.
