Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. The Bolt Hole is located in Foyers by the banks of Loch Ness. It has private parking, an enclosed garden, cosy livingroom with wood burner and 1 bedroom with a superking size bed. Local amenities are within walking distance include, cafes, local shop, post office and hotels with bars. Visit the Loch Ness exhibition centre and Urquhart Castle. Fort Augustus is 13 miles away and offers spectacular views down Loch Ness. Inverness is 20 miles away and offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

Welcome to our quirky detached self-catering cottage, nestled in a peaceful woodland setting adjacent to a dramatic gorge and river - a beautiful viewpoint with picnic table provided for your use at any time. Dogs are more than welcome at no extra charge (fully fenced garden) ... with miles of hill and forest walks available straight from the door, it's their holiday too!!!. Foyers village is found in a rural location in the Highlands, on the quiet southern banks of world famous Loch Ness.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

Serendipity Tiny House is designed for you to escape “normal” life and to get away from the hustle and bustle, especially for those who crave something a bit different. Hillhaven Lodge

Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove. Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!

Nestled just off the high street in a quiet private garden. Walking distance to beautiful forests and biking trails. The River Spey is close too for a wild swim. Ideal spot for adventurers or rest! The Bothy has a wood burner to create a special romantic atmosphere or perhaps a solo restful retreat. The single day bed pulls out to create a double bed. There is a table to have meals at or work away from home. Lots of local delicious food & coffee spots to explore nearby.
