Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. Die letzten Meter bis zum Haus geht man zu Fuss (Treppen!). Der Strand von San Nazzaro ist in wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Vor dem Haus geht der Wanderweg zum Kraftort Sass da Grüm. Ihr Haustier ist herzlich willkommen. Grill, Pergola und Balkon vorhanden.

Das Casa Capinera ist ein altes aus dem 1900 Jahrhundert originales Tessinerhaus. Im Verlaufe der Jahre wurde das Haus etwas erweitert und in zwei Parteien umgebaut. Die zweite Haushälfte wird ausschließlich privat genutzt und nicht vermietet.
