Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Please note our Casitas #1-4 all share the same layout & beautiful ocean view. Our gallery is a collection of images from different casitas.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Our quaint yet lively town is full of charm, sunshine, and ocean breezes. Perfect for vacations or extended stays, our cozy condo accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 additional child (ages 3–14). Kids 2 and under don’t count towards number of guests. Minimum stay is 5 nights—contact us for shorter stays!
