Our beautiful and secluded countryside retreat at the start of the Brecon Beacons is perfect for those looking to escape from the city for few days, or use as a base to hike the Brecon Beacons. The loft apartment has fantastic views of Skirrid and the Black Mountains, alongside it's modern and comfortable interior, with plentiful hiking and countryside exploration on your doorstep. Feel at peace hearing just the birds and farm animals as you sip your morning coffee, then head out and explore!

Located in the friendly village of Llanfoist, Blorenge Hideout is the perfect base for a walking or cycling holiday, or a peaceful escape. The location combines the endless outdoor potential of the Monmouthshire countryside and Brecon Beacons National Park, with a short walk to the town centre of historic Abergavenny, renowned for it's range of outstanding restaurants and local shopping options.

The cart house has a chic, modern feel, with oak floors and fittings set off against quirky antique furniture and contemporary glass tables. Just 4 miles from Abergavenny with views of the Brecon Beacons and many walks and bike rides along quiet roads, from the door. Own entrance, to private accommodation, comprising sitting room with wood burner, upstairs landing area with kitchenette ( microwave, no oven), shower room, and one beautiful beamed double bedroom. Breakfast ingredients are provided ( fresh bread every morning, butter, jams, cereals, yogurt, fruit compote, milk, tea and coffee, many home made and local)

Farm stay, in beautiful rural Monmouthshire

We are a working dairy goat farm, milking 600 goats twice a day. Our milk goes into a delicious soft goats cheese, which is made in the neighbouring town of Abergavenny and sold through many of the large supermarkets. We are ideally situated for cycling and walking, with many footpaths nearby, including Offa's Dyke and a fabulous range of mountains. We are within 2 miles of the renowned Michelin star Walnut Tree Inn and there are many other wonderful country pubs in the locality.

You can roam freely around our 5 acres of land/garden . We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.

The Piggery is a beautifully converted property situated in rural Monmouthshire – a dark sky area, just outside the village of Skenfrith - providing an ideal location for a relaxing or active break at all times of the year with fabulous walks on the doorstep or within easy driving distance. The property has its own entrance and parking area with private south facing terraced garden. The fabulous Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons are a short drive away.

Nestled on the hillside of a beautiful Welsh farm, the hut boasts countryside views in all directions with an outlook across the Welsh border lands and the Skirrid mountain. Fully-equipped with a cosy wood stove and floor to ceiling glass doors our hut is a magical place to sit back, unwind and take in the breath-taking surroundings.

The entire apartment has been newly renovated, and enjoys wonderful views of the hills and mountains of Abergavenny. There is private parking and safe space inside to store bikes. There is a bedroom, living area, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the perfect base for exploring Abergavenny and the surrounding areas. This is a stylish but small space, perfect for two.
