Located in Elmer, a sleepy village 200m from a lovely, never-crowded dog-friendly beach via its own footpath. The rock islands are a unique feature creating sheltered swimming bays & are great to fish from or swim around. Secure south-facing garden, private parking for 2 cars. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 dogs welcome. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs. Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Laburnums Loft Apartment

Laburnums Loft is a self contained apartment with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed + a sofa bed in the lounge/tv. area. You have allocated off road parking and free wifi. Located in a quiet road between Arundel(6mls) Chichester(7mls) Bognor Regis(5mls) Goodwood(8mls) Beaches(6mls) Fontwell racecourse(1.5mls). The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

The Deer Hut

As you step into our beautifully crafted holiday home, you'll be greeted by rustic elegance and cosy comfort. The interior is a blend of country charm and modern amenities, providing you with a snug and inviting space to unwind. A comfortable bed promises restful nights, while the seating area offers dining for two or simply a space to gaze out at the views.

Hardy Cottage - Arundel Town Centre

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. “The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

'The Salty Groyne' detached, coastal cottage

A peaceful seaside hideaway - a secluded, tranquil space with a superking or twin bedroom, ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen and living room, with conservatory and south-facing patio area, all within a short stroll of our beautiful, quiet beach.  A self-catering detached cottage, with its own driveway, private parking, EV charging (for a small additional cost) and cycle loan/storage. The Chapel is a light-filled cottage in the heart of a seaside conservation area. You're just a 3-minute walk to Littlehampton beach, with seaside dining, watersports, tennis, golf, fairground and more. Train station with direct connections to London. Airy, open-plan living with two large bifold doors that open onto your own private south-facing courtyard. We are dog friendly but keep our furry guests to one dog per stay. Newly renovated.
