The well-appointed Studio with private balcony is flooded with natural light, and provides a stylish, open-plan space to unwind and relax. Offering a comfortable king bed, apartment-controlled heating/air conditioning, kitchenette with cooktop, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, ensuite bathroom with amenities and hair dryer, desk, LCD TV with Foxtel and high-speed internet access. A wardrobe, ironing board and iron, and private safe add to the convenience. Guests can access the in-house gym and alfresco BBQ area. A daily housekeeping service is included (excluding Sunday and public holidays).

Ever stayed in a shipping-container renovated into a self contained unit (or ‘donga’ as we call them in the NT)? Why not give it a try! It has only previously been used for travelling family but its too good not to share with Airbnb guests. The space is fully equipped for your stay with a private bathroom and kitchenette. It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

Country Cabin - dog friendly

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. UNFORTUNATELY THE INTERNET IS NOT RELIABLE.

Your room has a new 300L fridge with decent frost free freezer. Air conditioning..(I recommend setting it 24 degrees C.) Ceiling fan. TV with remote.. sorry no wifi. . ..Heavy duty Wooden bed frame,Queen size. . Built in robe- USB charger x2 on Power board. Dark timber Venetian blind. Outside -There is a great insulated patio/veranda. Jacuzzi/spa (It's usable all year round) 2x outside sun lounges & as of 12/12/2022 a raised decking w/seating, Weber Q BBQ.

Moil Studio

Our family home is elevated with a large yard, and a private studio room downstairs. The studio is where you will stay! Built in 2015, the room is fresh, cool, and open, with louvres throughout, an open-plan bathroom, and air conditioning. We are in close proximity to the airport (but not under the flight path), Casuarina shopping centre, public pools, 5 minute drive to beaches, 10 minutes to the CBD. We have two cats, and a free-ranging rabbit in the yard.

Our modern, tropical, fully self-contained, one-bedroom granny flat is the perfect place to explore Darwin and its surrounds. Set underneath our family home, this tranquil granny flat is perfect for a single or couple – with a queen-sized bed, ample space for a cot and includes a kitchen and ensuite. There's all the appliances, cookware and crockery you'll need to cook up a storm. There is also access to a shared laundry and gorgeous saltwater pool.
