Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

There is lots to do in Linesville.
