Relaxation and simplicity await you here. We welcome up to 2 dogs, no other species; pet fee will apply. Guests 14 and under MUST wear a life jacket at the pond. No smoking.

House of Blue: A cozy & convenient 2 bedroom.

House of Blue is a cottage on our property offering two queen bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The outdoor area features front porch seating, back deck seating, fire pit, picnic table, optional grill & plenty of lighting at night. Please note: There are stairs to enter home and there may be noise from vehicles passing by. Our home is convenient to Combine Academy, the hospital, drivable to downtown & many wedding venues such as Crowe Mansion. It’s a mile to Hwy 321, 20 mins to I-85 & 20 mins to I-40.

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

One of a kind Log Cabin

ONE OF A KIND: We have a guest cabin next to our house, that I built from logs from our property. It has a living area w/woodstove and couch w/recliners, TV, HVAC, bathroom, small kitchen, front porch, back porch, burn pit out back. Wood is supplied. The loft is furnished w/full size bed. The loft and bathroom have very low ceilings so if you are a tall person it will be very tight. Most everything in this cabin has been repurposed so there are lots of vintage items in this little cabin.

Quiet Studio Apartment, Private 1 BR on our Farm

Welcome to our quiet & cozy studio apartment located in our basement. You have your own driveway, entrance, and a private space that locks separately so you can relax. The studio is about 800 square feet, giving you plenty of room during your stay. Our location is close to Hickory, Morganton, with easy drives to Lake James, Table Rock, Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, and Charlotte. The best part is the peaceful setting on our 70-acre farm where you’re free to explore and enjoy the countryside.

The Tuckamore

The Tuckamore is a cottage in downtown Lincolnton. Walk a block to Main Street where you can eat, drink, shop and explore historic Lincolnton. The Tuckamore is nestled close to the Rail Trail, an easy walking trail through town. Conveniently located an hour from Charlotte, NC and a half an hour from great hiking in South Mountains State Park. Guests can get 10% off their order at GoodWood Pizzeria, a stone's throw from the Tuckamore. Just show them your booking on your Airbnb app.

The 2-1-3 house

The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.

Endor Cottage nestled in the forest

You’ll find Endor Cottage nestled amongst a forest of pines, reminiscent of where the Ewoks live in Star Wars, but also only 4 miles from downtown Lincolnton.This is a quiet space that includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and kitchenette. You’ll love my place because of peaceful, natural, creative sensibilities throughout this newly renovated apartment - a blend of interesting and unique elements from my travels. This space is perfect for anyone looking for solace, and a respite from the everyday life.

Aspen Street Guesthouse Cottage

Aspen Street Cottage. Walking distance from Lincolnton; "near the city, near the mountains, near perfect". This charming guest house sleeps ideally 2 but can accommodate a maximum of 4. Space includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, living area with a double size sofa bed, bath with tub/shower and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes.
