ON YOUR ARRIVAL YOU WILL HAVE A FRESH MILK, WATER, COFFEE/TEA, BREAD, BUTTER, EGGS, HALLOUMI( TRADITIONAL CYPRIOT GOATS MILK CHEESE) AND LOUNTZA( CYPRIOT HAM) IN THE FRIDGE AS WELL AS SOME OTHER BITS AND PIECES TO SNACK ON AFTER YOUR JOURNEY. The Apartment has been recently refurbished and got all the new furniture, fixtures and fittings through out. It is located in the Potamos Germasoyias area of Limassol, within the close proximity to a tourist area. As our previous guests have mentioned, the position of the apartment is absolutely perfect. It's in a quiet and peaceful location within 10-minute walk to the tourist area and the beach where you can find a choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife. There also is a super market for all your basic provisions and a restaurant literally 5 minutes walk away. The nearest airport is Larnaca Airport, which is only 60km (35miles) from the apartment and the journey from the airport to the apartment takes less than 40 minutes. Paphos Airport is approximately 67km (41 miles) away and the transfer time is about 45mins. Getting to the apartment from the airport is simple and straightforward. You tcan hire a car, pick up a taxi from the airport or take a coach . PLEASE LET US KNOW SHOULD YOU REQUIRE THE ASSISTANCE WITH BOOKING A TAXI TO PICK YOU UP OR DROP YOU OFF. Driving in Cyprus is on the left hand side as in the UK and detailed driving instructions and maps will be provided. It is bright, cutting-edge, spacious, colorful and comfortable, with plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, kiosks, bars, clubs, restaurants and taverns around the complex. You’ll love my place because of its superb location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, families (with one infant) and solo adventurers. Great value for money!

The apartment is in the heart of tourist area in Limassol. It's located at Galatex center in Germasogia. The beach is exactly 2 min from the apartment. There are many coffee shops restaurants, fast-foods, pubs and a supermarket, ATMs. The flat is very safe as it has a security gate only for the residence at the entrance of the block. Also has a shaded parking slot. Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches).
