Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. Auch als Arbeitsplatz ist es eine echte Alternative! Das Haus ist zu allen Jahreszeiten eine Reise Wert. Das Meer und die Berge um die Ecke.

Sovrapprezzo per pulizia extra dovuta alla presenza di animali in casa ( 20€ per tutto la durata del soggiorno) We love dogs with any size, just with good behaviour. small cottage furnished in a simple, neat and clean, suitable for those who want a stay in a natural and quiet place and wants to get away from the busy world of these times.  It is located in a garden with the most beautiful sea view overlooking the historic center and the other 5 terre with citrus-fruit trees, lemon trees overlook the living room windows. It is located 70 meters above sea level, 700 meters of walking path to get to the historic center and the train station.
