Del 1 de junio al 15 de setiembre, no solemos aceptar estancias inferiores a 4 noches (consultar antes de solicitar reserva).

The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

Unser "Casa de los limoneros" mit Garten und Pool liegt am Ortsrand in ruhiger Wohngegend und ist mit Mauern und Thuja-Hecken umschlossen. Zum Ortskern 1,2 km, zum Strand 4 Automin. In der Nebensaison und zum Überwintern gelten Sonderpreise einschließlich Ölheizung. Touristensteuer und Stromkosten werden separat lt. Stromzähler abgerechnet. Ein Haus, in dem NICHTS fehlt - nur Badetücher für den Strand bitte mitbringen.

Desayuna mirando la montaña y escuchando el sonido de los pájaros. La casa cuenta con una alarma antiokupas con fotodetector en el garaje (sector cerrado y fuera del alquiler)un volumetrico sin lente ni cámara. Debido a los últimos incendios las bbq están prohibidas por ley de junio a octubre Aceptamos 1 mascota por alquiler.

Hello :) Do you like bright, quiet and comfortable houses? With sea views? Good, then keep reading. Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.
