Our house is in a private complex in Pino Alto, 2' from the beach and less than 10' walk from L'Hospitalet de l'Infant. When you wake up, from bed, you see the sea. That could be the best thing in the house, but there is more. (I'll tell you below). SOMETHING IMPORTANT: In the house there is a portable air conditioner that works very well, but there is no central air conditioning.

La casa està totalment reformada amb totes les comoditats. No en trobaràs una altra igual. Ferran és un poble molt petit que està al costat d'Altafulla, un poble amb molt d'encant a la costa Daurada. Nice house with garden in the center of Hospitalet. The house has two floors. In the main floor there is the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, one restroom, one bedroom and the porch. In the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one restroom and also a terrace. The access to the second floor is independent to the main floor. The beach is just 4 minutes walking distance from our house.
