Home is 2500 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , living room open to kitchen with large fireplace, enclosed porch and large open patio (40'x30') on second story overlooking lake. Large sun room extends the entire length of the back of the house upstairs for a beautiful view of the lake. Relax with a cold beer and watch sunset from dock over lake. Home is conveniently located half way between Memphis and Nashville (about an 1.5 hours from each). The house is perfect for special events such as family reunions.Or just come out for the weekend with that special someone and spend some quality time together. Bring the family pet , they are welcome too!!

My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. This is the perfect place unplug & get some peace & quiet! Perfect for hunting, fishing, and water enthusiasts (boats are welcome but not included, plenty of parking). It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina w a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation and/or adventures begin!

This home is reminiscent of grandma's home, and is perfect for family gatherings and holidays.

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2021. We raise dairy goats, luffa gourds, and herbs which we incorporate into our handcrafted products. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, a rural small-town setting, We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam, a Soap Shop for perusing our products, Herb Shack for plant shopping, dogs for petting, and some time spent away from the street of everyday life.
