Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Sie verfügt über Vorzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Küche mit Essplatz, Bad und WC. Küche und Wohnzimmer blicken in den Garten. Das Schlafzimmer ist trotz der Ausrichtung zur Strasse sehr ruhig. Im Garten des Hauses befindet sich ein Kinderspielplatz, der natürlich mitbenutzt werden kann. Grillplatz und Hausbar sind nach Absprache nutzbar.

Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!
